I’m looking for prime property in chennai for investment purposes, this is my third investment property in chennai.One of my friends referred me to this company. I’m staying in bangalore. I will visit the properties while I am in chennai.Before coming I will collect the property details.I contacted their corporate office to get the property details & their marketing person asked me to visit the property directly. I contacted their crm team for further details. She was not able to explain their own projects to me and struggled to understand and answer my questions. Even though they were not able to explain their project completion details, approvals, UDS value, carpet area, super buildup area, APF, registration charges, for a completed building full value UDS registration has to be done. government registration charges might vary. Even though they didn’t take my contact number. I am surprised how a reputed builder like this failed to answer my basic buyer’s questions and displeased with their customer service. customer relationship team should be communicative and informative.I will suggest to the management to improve their customer relationship team.I will suggest the buyers to collect the proper details before buying this builders property. If I purchase here, I have to get worried about how they will take cake after sales.
