The projects of these builders are unnecessarily over hyped, resulting in them offering really overpriced houses for no reason! Complexes in the area have similar facilities at a much cheaper rate, so you would really have to have a lot of money that you have no use for to buy an apartment at this place!
Most of the under developed projects are the ones where details of the amenities are missing and this should not be the case. All the basic amenities and little details should be carefully provided to the buyer to ensure complete transparency.
It is high time that the government should start considering regulating the policies that go under the infrastructure built-up and construction besides regulating many of the policies for the developers. It is time to make RERA rational.
