I would like to share my experience. One of the most important thing that is building material used by supertech is worst u can confirm with any one of the supertech’s flat owner.
After booking your flat staff will not consider your any problem seriously ( more bad compare to a govt. offices). Waiting after long time till ur possession u feel have cheated by supertech.
We all my friends booked flats with different- different builders.
Here I feel small groups are more caring and using good building materials compare to any reputed brand.
