Don't Go by Brand name have reality check

I had bought the house with lot of hope n the trust in brand Sushma but sorry to say the on ground story is different. Lot of parking issues in society , , maintenance part of the builder is useless they don’t respond , before buying take feedback from the residents. Don’t go on brand name
