I had worst experience with Sushma Team to get the complete documents done on time for registration and felt very bad that why I booked Sushma’s flat, never recommend to the people to buy Sushma, they are having highly unprofessional team who will snatch your peace of mind and happiness will be gone before settle down in the flat, you will feel bad like me, say no to Sushma’s flat, their customers satisfaction index is near about zero before and post buying the flat…save your hard earned money and learn how to say NO to the Sushma’s buildtech Elante Mall Team, Chandigarh, they will convert you from the human to animal easily…bacho yaha se..

Sushma builders is one of those builders who do not keep their promises / honour their committments. Their Grande project got late by 4 years and customers had to suffer not only financially but mentally as well.

Their staff is so un courteous, un professional that they simply ignore the mails and requests of customers who have invested crores of Rs in their project.

Would never recommend this builder or its project to any one. Beware of them !!

How do Sushma Buildtech and Sushma employees fraud and cheat on their potential clients.

I have booked a unit Elementa(Tower A unit 701, 1BHK, 630 sq. ft). However, they have taken my money and unit both and not refunding me.

1. I have sent three emails in three months to Prateek(who is a senior person at Sushma), Sheetal(who works in the CRM department at Sushma) and Mohit(who is a salesperson at Sushma), but I have not received any reply from them.

   
   




2. They have cancelled my unit without informing me and any notice or mail. Even their CRM team didn’t notify me regarding unit cancellation.

   
   




3. They have my mobile number, email and proper address written on the unit form filled, but they didn’t send any letter or notice to my home address.

   
   




4. Mohit(salesperson) said my unit was sold out; then later on he offered me the same unit at a higher price which is not ethical.

   
   




5. Mohit has sold my unit and made a profit, “greedy Mohit needs more money”, and cheated on their potential client.

   
   




6. I have requested Sushma Buildtech and Sushma employees to refund my money as soon as possible because I do not trust on them.

   
   




7. I would request other investors to be careful with Sushma employees. They will take your money and unit and won’t give you back.
