Worst after sales service. When they have to sell the units they will follow you call you do everything & once sold and got the money they hardly care about anything . We need to follow up and get update from them and keep on waiting to get call back / reply to our emails and keep on waiting for possession. they will promise something when they have to sell the product but they will never deliver the complete product. They will ask you to pay maintenance charges even when the building construction is not complete and is not operational . Kindly rethink before investing and make sure you get everything in agreement and also be ready to wait once you have paid the money. Dont know about the construction quality as still I have to get the possession but yes from past 6 months I have seen they have worst sale service and management team. their aim is to just make money start new projects hardly matters whether old projects get completed or not
