Worst experience I have ever had is that I bought a 2 bhk flat from sushma. They are complete cheaters. Not only me they have cheated almost every client. Kindly don’t buy anything from this builder. They are taking different amounts from different people as cash and white. They are illegally charging intrest and not giving any possession on time and also not paying anything for the delayed possessions until you go to court of law.
