I used to be a happy customer of Sushma build tech until I decided to book a studio apartment in Green Vista. I was promised that latest by March it will be delivered that too was the worst case scenario. And it looked true as well considering the progress but as the history repeats itself for their projects, after sometime, work stopped, workforce moved to somewhere else. When I talked to their office the reply was "it will take atleast 3-4 months, please talk to associate". WOW.
My advice to people who have some definite plans for their property, think again before going with this.
