I bought a flat with sushma builders , the possession of which was given in August 2018. The construction quality and the material used is of poor poor quality as compared to the sample flat they have shown. Also as per the norms many things like ...the riser of the steps is wrong as it is not per the norms and old people will find it difficult to go up and down. The kitchen drain is above the floor level ..when it was pointed out tothem they responded that nothing can be done about it . The toilets , cupboards, , tiles etc are of very very poor quality. They made big promises but didn’t deliver. Also they changed the green area , club house, parking according to their convenience without informing us. Sold parking space which cannot be sold and is a fraud . Despite talking to them repeatedly they do not care to respond as they are above law and we poor buyers are at their mercy. Never buy a sushma home.
