Really bad construction quality. Disfigured tiles, cracked walls, seepage, all within one year of purchase. The only thing worse than their construction is the attitude of their staff and the way they handle things. DO NOT buy any SVS projects.
If you want proof, go to the SVS Palms project in Chinnapanahalli and talk to any owner there.
