I want to buy a flat of the 3BHK( Bedroom, Hall, kitchen) .I went to this builder for that on 12 June 2014 then they were take me with them and show 5 flats and Tell me the price of that than I select one of them and the price is 40 Lakhs rupees on Kalawad Road Rajkot.So, I give a token of the 2 lakh to them and book 1 flat on 22 July 2014.I booked a flat, that were given to someone else that they were paying 42 Lakh for that so, they give that flat to them while I give token to them then only they were not give my flat back and my money were get return after 6 months .So, the builders were not good at all the service and the trust were not good at all.They were unauthentic and un-trusted at all so, rather than buying this you should prefer some other builder but don’t prefer this builder at all.
