Recently when I visited badlapur at friends house I went at Swastik Enterprises builders site which was of friends dad in partnership.
I saw that site was clean & hygenic there were no steel roaming at middle of road.Also the staff & labour were working under full safety protection.
There ready sample flat was awesome & had great interiors.It also provide good ammenties in less price also construction material are high in quality.This builder has all legal permission & ongoing projects.
