My elder brother booked 4bhk flat 9 month before from Swastik Infra Housing Lucknow.We have paid 9 lac in advance to the manager.As manager said that it will cost you 35 lac but after few month he informed us that it will cost us 58 lac very disappointed .Even the building still under construction.We have complained to customer care and manager also but they are simply ignoring the calls.such a bad service and support by them.I had very bad experience with this.So I would like to request to every one not to invest in this kind of company for booking.
