It’s nice place to stay. Me and my children enjoy living here. They enjoy their stay here. They are happy and care free as I live here though alone.
In fact the new association formed was to help the promotor run more smoothly. But it was late by the time we found out their intention is to grab everything and take over management of the place. Their association is the illegally formed have very few members. They r the ones who r collection maintenance charges monthly from their very few members without providing any services to them. They keep on comlaing to one autjoritynor other in coimbatore. They r the ones who corrupted the local authorities also, sorry to say so. If questioned I can quote. Even last week when the local welfare board came door to door in our complex to collect some information, first time they came here without the trwa not knowing. One of their member came and threatened the resident here to keep out helping the promotor. In the beginning when they formed the association they campaigned door to door. When some people didn’t become members they threatened them. In fact their secretary has committed a criminal offence of breaking the lock we put on their water connyion and has put his own lock. We all only threatened them with consequences but never implemented them seriously.
Maintenance and kitchen contractor both r appointed by tapovan association only. But they declared that appointment of maintenance contractor is illegal and stopped payment. But food contractor was also appointed by tapovan association is ok because food is essential for them. Shameless people they don’t live here on their own accord. If we r not supplying water how did every one of them repaired there houses totally using our water and DID NOT HAD THE COURTESY TO PAY THAT WATER CHARGES ALSO, They r the fraudulent people and disturbing others peace of mind also. Everyone of lease people were paid back. Wherever delay accured interest was duly paid for the same.
Whoever supports them r also fraud in their eyes. I can proudly say that i have not paid Any bribe in my life anywhere. I have been changing cities and places therefore had to get admission for my children without paying any donation. Bought and sold houses 5 times in my life.
