We had a worst experience with this developers ....never trust this cheap rates developer . If at all you deal with guys take everything in writing before you make a token advance . The site engineers like Nishanth Shetty and his manager Shivam ...who just swear 3 lines on your forehead . Let me glorify my experience with this cheap rated Developer
They insist on 2 lakhs advance or sometimes to fix the party they say verbally pay some 10k token advance ..note they shall follow up till late night .....once done gone case Govinda Govinda .....they don’t share a receipt neither take a signature on any booking form. They verbally tell that we shall refund the money upon cancellation ...bos this can be manipulated any time . To note they won’t mention anything regards to cancellation policy which is an agenda to make money . Incentive programs to feed these parasite liers asst mangers Nishanth Shetty .
Post cancellation the real drama starts ......the man who initially interacted ...starts showing his true foxy colour ....when you call him he shares couple of email IDs and suggests to write mail ( this is eye wash) . The great back office people does not bother to mails as they are used to such reminders ( thick skin) .
After continuous calls then enters a soft spoken and highly dangerous person Mr. Shvaram ....he replies as per company policy amount is withheld and shamelessly clams in turn extra money for cancellation .
To note here :::: neither receipt is given nor conditions are briefed .. this Shivam does not borrow any explanation given by customer except quoting cancellation policy untold and in shared .
Further cancellation charges are charged 20% % on your 2 lakhs, which nobody has charges.....the are so desparate to sell the property to go to extent of quoting, the adjucent property belongs to some politician ...balalaal..etc they don’t have their identity to showcase professionalism.ans sell the property......i need not say much the ratings proves the quality of such 3rd class developer .. as they quote beggars are no chooses
Dear all , my humble request ?? is not to even dream to attempt to go with TG developers they ruin families dreams .
Secondly i pray God though I lost 10k to this parasites....that their family also should should suffer and their family should literally come and streets begging
