I am writing this to help others who are planning to invest in TGS bangalore.
We have investigated especially about the new project TGS California that is going to come up in BEML layout near Vaastu Lavender apartments, RR Nagar, Bengaluru. In that area TGS is planning to buy encroached land from Local Land Mafia goondas. As per the information we got from sources the encroached land is owned by BEML society employees and all of them filed cases in court.So guys please don’t pay any advance for TGS California venture!
