I’ve booked a site in TGS SARASWATHI.my MOU duration has already been expired but still not received it in hands. The customer service is very poor especially they not even picking the call for asking about the project status. In recent times i’ve got message from one of the their customer representative mentioning that a new CEO has been appointed and all project works will start in 20 days of time. I dont see any progress. This is kind of game which they are extending the project. It seems there is not even one completed project.Friends, please dont walk-in to TGS office for booking sites or flats. Dont waste time and valuable money.
