I don’t know writing positive or genuine review on this platform is a good initate or not. But I found that this website only support negative reviews or negativism, as I see many review which are having positive information were marked fake, but negative information review haven’t been marked fake.
But I have to tell my experience, so I am writing this review in this platform. Couples of day earlier I visited Trans Magnolia in Devanahalli Bangalore, to see if their are plots available or not and also found out that peoples who are living their are happy with their investment or what are the facilities available here.
When I reached their in Morning 10AM I had words with localities who are living their. They told me place is good as I see it is surrounded with greenery having parks open areas and facilities like 24/7 water and electricity.
There were some shops also 2 -3 plots are empty their. I don’t find any negativity with Trans Mangolia. I also contacted with Transcity sales person for the procedure to buy a plot here. He talk very politely later I also visited his office.
