For trinity Neptune, there is no fire NOC and the upcoming tower is also under question with a case in the high court of Kerala. Kerala Building Rules say the approach road width to be 10 meters but Neptune and trinity world complex is not having the prescribed width.

They are arrogant, incapable to handle big projects and are outright selfish and greedy establishment who has a special skill to get NRIs to their trap. Please stay away.
