Good thing about this builder is they never say they don’t deliver, but infact they don’t deliver. I booked flat with great hopes only to find that all my hopes will shatter away because of them. they will always point out some person or other person, in their mind they are the only geniuses and poor customers who booked don’t know anything. They will say so and so person is delaying, so and so department is delaying we cannot do anything, you know the political climate, we are giving bribe the department is not agreeing, what can we do, you need to be patient etc
