Never ever buy apartments with TVH. They are worst builders you would deal with. No Transparency at all. They will not provide what they commit. TVH Park is an example. They had committed 9 blocks with a great landscaping space, community Hall, club house, squash court, indoor badminton court, jog track, etc etc .
They constructed only 6 blocks and left the project with no secure compound on one side. THey have abandoned 3 other blocks (G, H, I) now due to land trouble. No community Hall and Club house has come even after 4 years of handover. STP is under threat since it is in some others’ land. Only 10% of the long list of Common amenities committed are in place.There is no source of Water arranged by TVH. Residents have to depend entirely on tankers. Quality is another critical factor they don’t focus on.
Leakages and Seepages are everywhere and seen obviously around the buildings.
