Im having sleepless nights because of my decision to buy an apartment in TVH Svasti.

Poor construction with leakages everywhere. Water leaks from bathroom to the bedrooms. Have you ever thought in your dreams that this can happen? Well this happens in TVH Svasti.
No water. Cheaters! At the time of purchase, promised to provide a RO plant with bore-well. Now they are giving stupid reasons for NOT implementing the same.
Heavy maintenance charges monthly for literally no facilities offered(5000 per month)
Customer care is the worst. Nobody cares a scant for your problems.
