Its 2015 and still not handed over! I Feel like robbed man. A company having customers paying in lakhs and lakhs treating as like bull crap.
The kind of people they have in customer service is horrible. They are speaking rude, no response for queries over phone or email. I have booked in 2011, the have been saying’Delivery is next month’ for the past one year.
They don’t have any escalation levels and we cannot take the issues with even the manager of the customer service rep assigned to us. I made a big mistake by booking a flat with TVH and I regret deeply. Unfortunately, I am in the net and paid almost full amount.
Please adv your friends and relatives PLEASE DONT USE TVH GROUP AND THEY ARE REAL CHEATERS. I AM THE VICITIM. Unlike you guys I cannot visit the site often, this is another problem I have PLEASE PLEASE DONT SUGGEST TVH FOR ANY ONE!
