I liked the builder while buying the home as they were one of those rare who take all payments in white.
Documentation wise for loan they asisted well at first.
But now it’s two and half year and I am yet to get the possession which is delayed by 2 years.
They are not pushing on genuinely for pending CC which has stalled work for almost 1 year.
Irritating part is they are not providing proper updates or response on queries about possession.
Worst thing is they have bluffed about parking space.
Podium was mentioned to be for parking and now we learn that they are building flat there.
This is completely wrong and big time cheating with customers who have bought flat and trapped by their sales team.
They must have covered them in agreement by not mentioning clearly on parking space.
Not sure if this was planned cheating.
If you are buying flat in their next projects be aware and make sure you get all such things in written.
