I live in a different society which is near the Unibera Towers in Greater Noida West Sector 1. The builder is an absolute fraud and everyone knows about them. There is no construction going on in the project and it is slowly turning into a dilapidated structure. You can only see a guard sitting there.
Anybody who is even thinking about investing in any of their projects is lining himself/herself for an absolute loss. You are probably never going to get you flat, ever. So be very, very careful about where you want to put your hard earned money.
