The construction quality at Unishire is pathetic. The property was handed over 6 months ago after a delay of 1 year. Now I discover that there are seepages in the roof. A friend staying in the top floor found her bedroom flooded with water.The water closets are leaking and water is flowing down to the flat below. The false ceiling in the bathroom fell down. I’ve spent close to 20, 000 in just repairing things that they have left so shabbily. Please be forewarned. Do not invest in Unishire
