Unihomes has been a great investment for me. The project is well under construction and some towers have given possession also. Appreciation is good and overall design and quality is good.
All builders are difficult as Unitech collage can also be by being slow sometimes, but I have had a smooth experience so far. Awaiting the upcoming GIP mall on Kolar road for more/better appreciation.
