Stay away to buy pre launch project of unitech. they are big cheater They have gone to extent of duping customers by selling apartments on disputed land(example unitech country sec-113 noida). Pathetic CRM & customer care which just doesn’t have/provide any updates/information. Letters to MD/CEO go in black hole. Construction quality and fixtures are of poor quality
Either buy a ready to move Unitech property or stay miles away.
