I booked flat in 2009 at Unitech Unihome phase 1 Noida. I am expecting to get possession in 2012. Now we reaching 2015 and there are no hopes in possession.
Unitech had already taken 95% payment long back(Approx. two years before in Construction Link Plan). They had almost stop finishing works. If we delay payment then they charge 18% quarterly on amount. If builder delay then they will give Rs. 5/sq ft and this amount will be adjusted at the time of possession.
Absolutely unfair with the byers. Same situation in almost all projects belongs to Unitech. We are trapped. If any one of you planning to purchase flat/plot etc then don’t go with Unitech. Company having no moral and not replying our query also.
