I bought a 2bhk flat in Unitech UniHome 3 in sec 113 in noida in Dec 2011. At the time of booking I was thinking that within 3-4 years flat will be delivered but all hopes have now vanished.
Now after almost 3 years after booking I can’t even hope that it will be delivered in next 3-4 years. The construction is really slow and Unitech gives no idea or hope that by when the project will be delivered.
There is practically no transparency from Unitech side and all I am left with is paying the huge interest on the home loan. Buying the unit in the Subvention scheme was also a big trap by Unitech to collect huge amount of money in short time.
