I bought a flat from Uni-tech for myself in Jan 2010 when full structure was ready. They said you will get the flat in next 1.6 year. But nothing has happened till yet.
They already took 90% money and I am paying rent and EMI and it is affecting me badly. Whenever I went to them they gave me new dates.
I would not recommend any one to buy any flat from Unitech. All projects in Gurgaon from Unitech are delayed without any reason. Unitech haven’t handed over any project from 2008 in Gurgaon.
So please beware before purchasing any flat from Unitech.
