I booked my flat in unitech-unihomes3 in march 2012. They took 40% payment in first 9 months. After that it has been almost 20 months after the last payment there is no construction update on my tower.
When ever I call them they simply say that they will start work on my tower in next 2 months.
I don’t know what will be the future of this project. Now banks have also denied disbursing loan for this project. I hope they will finish in next 2 years. But this has been a really big loss for me.
