End user is always on loosing side

I Have booked my property in unihome’s 3, sec 113, 3 year ago, and they promise completion in 30 months from date of booking.


Its almost 36 months, I have paid 85% of booking amount and from current speed of construction it will take another 3 years.


At this stage I am in double trouble on one side I am paying high EMI’s for my home loan and on other hand I have to pay rent. Every time I visit unitech office they update us that it will take 1 year. From last one year we are getting same reply. I know property market is not in good shape But why end user is always on loosing side?
