I made the booking in one of the projects of Unitech, Unihomes 3, Noida phase 2 in feb’12 and while booking they told the project completion as well as possession date some where around in Dec’2014 but till now even ground floor construction not completed but if you delay their payment even for single day they will charge 18% interest straight away.
What will you say to such cheaters?
