This groups is running multiple real estate business in various states in India including government projects. They have not completed even one project to the satisfaction of their customers. In Bangalore alone they have about 4 residential projects and all are not completed for the decades together. Though they look and talk like ethical businessmen they are not. To loot money from the customer they will promise any thing that you want but nothing will become reality. Their aim is to get as much money from the buyers, show some progress and then abscond from the scene for few months. Then come back with new name for new business.
I am one of the losers by investing into Canopy Classic Apartments in Rama Murthy Nagar Bangalore where in the builder is Canopy Estates Pvt Ltd run by the Rizvy brothers. Like me there are about 120 buyers have been cheated by Rizvi brothers. The project was started in 2010 and till now they constructed about 40% of the premise and for the past 6 weeks their office has been closed and the MD of this firm Mr Yasir Rizvi has absconded.
His elder brother also in the real estate with similar business tactics. Hence my humble request to this readers to convey to your friends and family that not to invest with any of the projects in this world which are run by Rizvi brothers. Thinks 100 times before take decision to invest in their projects. If you have more money and do not know what to do with that funds, please donate to any real welfare trusts but please do not believe business run by Rizvi brothers. There about 200 clients who have invested in Canopy Crest, Canopy Calyx, Canopy Classic apartments for about INR 100 crores are in very bad shape and they have almost lost their hard earned money.So take wise decision.
