Hi, I booked a flat at Unnati Fortune’s The Aranya Project in 2013 and was to receive the possession by 2017. However, the current state of the construction shows that the project cannot be completed for at least 2-3 years. The Builder has not only delayed the construction of the project but has also increased the super area and final price of the apartment without any information. All the buyers should collectively protest against the builder. There is a court complaint against the builder at the National Consumer Commission and I happened to read a notice of the court published in Times Of India on 25.01.2018. The Court is inviting all home buyers of the Aranya project by Unnati Fortune to come and join the case.Court notice has the name and no. of the lawyer who is fighting the case for buyers.
