I wanted to buy at Upkar Habitat and after enquiring at one or two people residing at Habitat I got to know that they are not aware of the issues. Pretty strange.
I was interacting to a person called Ranga Swamy, who is into marketing, you do some magic to him and get some magic information from him - that is how you extract information.
Well, for the buyers, I am not sure about other layouts from Upkar, but Habitat has some serious issues. Look for something else.
