Is it the responsibility of the developer only to sell the land, and the problem is over? till you purchase they are very good, once you pay the money then they will show the true colours.
I am now struggling to sell my land that I had purchased at Upkar Habitat and I am not getting even the cost price which I purchased 2 years ago. I want to ask Upkar developers, I am willing to sell the site at the same price I purchased 2 year ago, are you willing to buy your own property?
There has been some problems with the layout and it is the duty of the developer to sort out the issue. The developer is not at all responding to the issue, forget the issue, he is not even pick up the calls. They don’t even have basic manners to pick up the call and speak even if you call 100 times. They are a 3rd grade developer.
