I have bought a plot at Upkar Meadows with the promise of Gated community layout and the amenities of swimming pool, club house, parks etc. but they couldn’t keep up the promise and couldn’t provide and maintain the basic security, roads, water, sewage too. we association people are struggling now to bring up the layout as live-able.
