It is really worst experience with Upkar Developers specially in regard with Transparency and behavior. They are very nice when you plan to buy the plot and after purchasing I found that the developer is completely fraud. Please chech RERA notification against the developer for Upkar Habitat. Upkar Habitat is de-notified by RERA and is under serious scrutiny. They are using the fake conversion orders. Also, care is filed against Upkar developers for Fraud in Upkar residency.
