The projects done by upscale homes are always compromised in quality. Leaks and lot of STP issues in everyvproject they do. Celings are always leaking and buklder dont even do a proper painting aftervhe gets his money. Very risky to buy based on his words.

Bathtooms are so small, one cant even stand.
Balconjes so small they make hseless.
Tiles laying and quality is very poor with 1inch gaps filled with cement. Once they take money they dont show any accountability.
