Don’t trust them. We have booked a flat and been staying in for last 3 years.. Still the khata transfer is not done reason being Builder not ready to give Commencement letter, occupancy certificate etc..
Now BBMP is asking for Bribe.. Resident of Ushodaya Greens at JP nagar 5th phase are in Problem now.. more then 2 lacs is been contributed but not help from builder..
He just ran off after taking money from all of us..
