The project plan, specification and other features looks attractive, but I am really not sure whether Valmark will be able to deliver this.
After visiting the model flat and discussing with their team I was about to finalize my booking but luckily I met few customers of Ananda Valmark which is near by, this is again a new project with hand-over process just finished. The customers here are facing loads of issues along with very bad customer service. So, anyone planning to go ahead with Apas, please have a look at Ananda and try to discuss with the customers there.
In my opinion, for the kind of issues faced by Ananda, I don’t think they will be able to deliver Apas which is of a higher magnitude.
