I just went to see Apas last week by a friend’s reference. The project is mind blowing in terms of the stunning View of Hulimavu Lake. The features are also brilliant. I liked the plans as well.
The 3 & 4 bedroom apartments are sized 3170 and 3560 sq ft respectively. It is 29 storeyed project. Easily the best project in Bangalore by leaps and bounds as of today.
Unfortunately the budget starts from Rs. 2.5 crore which is beyond my budget though its worth it. People who have budget just visit once and you will be swept off your feet, such extravagant it is. And they also said will allow complete customization of each apartment.
