In Bangalore, I live in Amoda apartment which is constructed by Valmark group. It is rented apartment and it is one of my relative’s 3 BHK home. My balcony is east facing. so in morning direct sun rays come into my hall and master bedroom which makes entire environment very active.
It quality is super. After so many year, till now we did not face any issue related to quality. Tiles in bathroom and halls are good in quality. and there is enough space between blocks and vantilation is super. Because of its good vantilation, no need to install AC even in summer time.
All the amenities are super and impressive.
