The quality of the work is sooo bad that I actually had to spend more money in 6 months just to repair the cracks and waterproofing problems.

it took a lot for me to buy the apartment as it was not cheap but my god its been maybe my worst decision to date. the builder is never available and all the amenities he said which would be available only exist on paper.
This is the difference between a reputed big builder and these small builders who get a plot and think they know everything about this industry.
Buy from varsha only if there is no other option available.
