This is one of the famous builder in our area. And we had given him the work of renovating the builder four years back. But till now it is not completed.
The builder just change the mapping and architect of the building every year. He also don’t listen to our suggestions. He is very rude. Number of workers working are very less. So the project speed is slow.
Even he don’t visit the site regularly. The part of the building which is completed is not proper. It don’t have proper electricity and water supply. The cost of the contract he took is very high. I suggest not to give any building work or contract to this builder.
