I am Y Venkat Ramana, purchased flat at Vasathi Navya A-106 around two years before and till date it is not handover to me. I am such a frustated with this a project from last two years. and Sale’s team is such cheaters and tell every thing lie only. while booking a flat sale person commit for every thing and show’s like providing heaven like environment but in actual after paying 20% amount, sale’s team starts behaving like they don’t know any thing and says talk to CRM.
Summary: Delay of Construction, Loss of money interms of interest to banks, Mental tension and loosing of working hours of employed customer, Complete deviations of specifications, Poor quality of construction.
if we fight on our rights, their sale team members makes jokes on us.such a culture and disciplane.
Final customer will loose money and emotional values and will not trust any one in future.
This is my two year experince with this project.if any one want to still buy .you will phase some/all of above bad experience.
Any one suggest how to teach a lesson to these type people & organization.
I am putting this review because of I faced lot of problems with these people and I don’t want any one further should not face problems like me by buying flat in this group.
FURTHER I AM SAYING DON"T BUY any property from VASATHI HOUSING-THEY ARE CHEATER AND FRAUDS.
