Hi all, I bought flat in Vasudha builders project sai eshanya. But feeling like cheated now. I asked thr sales person to add clause for compensation in case of delayed possession he didn’t do it n asked me to trust the builder n I did it because people really gave good feedback. But now situation is possession date is passed 3 months back. No possession n even the rude sales guy n girl not even talking properly, not ready to give possession date not ready to schedule meeting with builder. When asked for soft possession for furniture they r asking us do full payment including maintenance ? even without completion certificate and no electricity n water n my flat . Feeling cheated n helpless. Will be happy if anyone can help.
