We have booked flat in Sai Eshanya scheme. While booking and collecting the huge amount they have made various promises. But when it comes to possession, we can see the drastic change in the attitude and behavior of their people. The sales lady seating over there is the worst person to deal with. She do not understand many of the things but keeps on talking bullshit. The builder and his brother, so called management people are always busy and do not entertain any of the points. At the time of possession all the maintenance amount has been collected. Whereas lot of things are incomplete. When we checked with other people in the society, most of them are going through such type of experience. This type of service is very cheap.
Most shockingly we came to know that there are legal issues which are also going on for this site. Some people told us that there are other sites as well where the litigation issues are going on - Sai Etasha, Parnika etc.

The builder Umesh Kothawade need to understand that when he is collecting so much money from people, he also has to deliver as committed and that too on timely basis and he need to train his sales people to behave like humans.
